OUR PLACE

You caress me with the wind through my hair,
You laugh at me through the colors of the rainbow,
I breathe with my lungs,
Yes, life knows - I miss you, my love.

I open my arms and close my eyes,
The sea carries me along,
I float as if I'm flying,
I imagine I'm in the sky with you.

The white feather from your wings,
The sea places it gently in my palm,
The seashell whispers softly to me:
"It's not the end, life goes on!"

I dive my head into the sea,
I dive like I used to with you,
I feel the rhythm of our hearts,
And your energy beneath the water.

And this sun that warms me,

All the horror that has befallen us.
