We wanted to get you the simplest yet effective version of it, which can be easily done.

All that you have to do with this test is to read each statement and choose the answer that best describes how you’ve felt over the past two weeks.

Your results: 

0–10 points: Low Anxiety – You likely experience minimal anxiety that is usually normal for most people.
11–20 points: Mild Anxiety – Some anxiety symptoms exist, but they may not significantly interfere with daily life. You can still work on that on your own. 
21–30 points: Moderate Anxiety – Noticeable anxiety that may impact daily activities.
31–40 points: High Anxiety – Likely experiencing significant anxiety symptoms that may benefit from professional support. You may have GAD.
