I’ve came to realize that too many people had a rough year, considering 2025 a year of drastic changes they’ve had to make.
The good news is – this year is over, and we’re looking forward to the new one, hoping it will be more gentle with us.
I’ve created a list of the things I think we should leave in 2025 with a purpose to have a better quality life:
- Limiting beliefs. These beliefs are mostly related to the things you can achieve. If you still haven’t step out of your comfort zone, I believe the time is finally right. We’ve lived for so long in a safety zone and we’ve mastered it. Now it’s time to open some new and possibly big life chapters.
- Pressure. The pressure is about feelings it’s a must to have everything figured out. Life is a process, or better said a journey – take one thing at the time. Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.
- Avoiding vulnerability. We are no longer avoiding vulnerability with a purpose to remain and look strong. It is fine to feel unwell.
- Overworking. Stop overworking to prove yourself. Slow down. Your nervous system can heal faster when you slow down.
- Over-explaining. We no longer want to over-explain our choices. You’re an adult with a free will.
- Chasing outcomes. Of course it’s great to achieve something you wanted, but don’t forget to celebrate all those small wins and enjoy the process.
- Over-apologizing. We are no longer avoiding conflicts that should or must happen.
- Mindless scrolling. In the end, I want to remind you that mindless scrolling doesn’t do good for your mental health, as well as physical healht.
What does your list for 2026 look like?
