How to lower your dose of worry

Let’s share some instant tips that will help you to stay unbothered.

As someone who is in the grieving process, I am 100% sure that you won’t to get rid of unnecessary daily stress. There are some advice I always like to share with others because they worked really well for me:

  1. Try not to say more than necessary. With time, you’ll learn that silence is really powerful. Give yourself a challenge for one month not to say more than necessary – in any situation.
  2. Use your intelligence. Because you are reading this website, I can already assume that you are an intelligent living being. When emotions become too much, use your intelligence to explain yourself why you feel that way.
  3. Lowering expectations. If you want to be disappointed in life, then expect a lot from others. Lowering your expectations from others (and yourself) will bring you a lot of freedom.
  4. Success can talk on its own. When you are working on something big or doing something good for your self improvement, stay silent. Happiness and success love privacy – let your achieved goals talk about themselves.
  5. Stop people pleasing. If you meet 20 people, you’ll see that they have at least 40 different opinions. Learn not to value your life standards by the opinions of others. You don’t have to agree with anyone, but respect different view on life and things.
  6. Even your haters are your fans. Energy is energy, right? And it’s pointed up to you, providing you more energy and attention.
  7. Slow down. The easiest way to calm your nervous system down is to actually slow down. Nothing is that important – you are not in a hurry.
  8. Say no to things you don’t want. And don’t overthink your decision.
