This article is not made to scare you and doesn’t carry medical advice. It is just informative, so enjoy and help your body!
- Constantly yawning. Besides being regularly tired, your body may want you to yawn more often if you are lacking oxygen. Get some extra air.
- Ringing ears. Ringing ears may come from anxiety, but may also come from TMD or high blood pressure.
- Sugar cravings. These can come from insulin resistance or PCOS, but can also be a sign of low magnesium. So, be sure to try with that magnesium first.
- Leg swelling. If your legs are constantly swelling, that may signal potential issues with kidneys or liver.
- Dizzines. Feeling dizzy? Besides anxiety, it can also signal low blood pressure or sugar levels.
- Loss of smell. Many have linked it with Coronavirus, but loss of smell when you aren’t sick can signal low zinc.
- Yellow eyes. If you are taking meds, yellow eyes, nails, or skin on your hands can signal liver issues.
- Bad breath. Don’t have teeth issues but can’t get rid of that bad breath? That’s poor gut health.
- Cold hands and feet. These signal poor body circulation. A regular physical activity can help you get rid of this problem.
- Constant fatigue. Feeling tired all the time, but think it’s not a burnout? Check your vitamin D levels.
- Numb hands. Numb hands are telling you your body is lacking vitamin b12. This is even more common with vegans and vegetarians.
- Burning tongue. This sensation can come with mouth ulcers. Your body wants you to increase vitamin B levels.
As you’ve realized so far, we are trying to take care not only about our mental, but also physical health in the grieving journey.
Hope this helped!
