Dreams and what they can tell us

When you have vivid dreams, do you try to explain them to yourself in the morning? Many bereaved parents told me that they love to dream about their lost children. What is your experience? 

Yes, dreams are very weird now. I have some dreams that have been repeating, and I've been googling about them to find out what that means. I am yet not sure if that is just our subconscious or if there is something more to it. Anyways, I am happy when I dream about my child - which is not so often. I would be more grateful if the dreams are connected to my angel child 😍

Although dreams can be sometimes exhausting, I too as Emma love to dream about my child. Of course, nightmares can be exhausting, especially those related to worry about my other children and family members.
