Will artificial intelligence allow us to "talk" to the dead?

Although this may be a bit controversial topic, many bereaved parents are wondering if artificial intelligence will be that powerful so it can create a system that allows us to talk with the dead ones.

Of course, we don't think that the conversation will be 100% real, but it may be helpful for those moments when we wish to talk again to someone who's not with us anymore.

We've done a lot of research and this is what we found about it:

There are already several companies that are making this possible by creating chat, video, or audio communication with the people we have lost. One of such companies is called HereAfterAI.

This company is working on creating virtual versions of the human beings that are gone. It is similar to ChatGPT, for example. Of course, to use this technology you'll need to have some records of your beloved child, including photos, videos, or interviews, talks on the phone, and chat messages.

An interesting thing is that this powerful technology doesn't repeat what the lost ones said or did, but it makes a unique conversation.

And while some people think that this may have a huge ethical issue, other bereaved parents welcome it. Please share your opinion about this topic - do you like this idea or not?
